His expertise includes conducting event studies, valuing closely held businesses, and analyzing market and industry trends.
In addition, he has conducted statistical analysis in construction defect and Medicare fraud cases, and he has performed valuations of complex securities in both litigation and non-litigation assignments. Mr. Gold’s prior consulting engagements have covered a variety of industries, including financial services, telecommunications, entertainment, health care, Internet, automotive, and oil and gas.
